Are Repairs done on site?
All repairs are done on-site in Long Lake, MN

Do you scrap gold and silver?
Yes, we do scrap both gold and silver.
What is the average wait time for most repairs?
Generally, we ask for 7-10 days on most repairs and should the repair be completed earlier we will give you a call.
Returns accepted on all in-stock items $500 or less within 10 days of purchase.
All sales final on consignment, gift certificates, special order items, and custom made or altered items.
Do you repair antique and cuckoo clocks?
Yes, we have a horologist on site that can also make house calls if needed.
Are you able to do appraisals?
Yes, we do perform appraisals and generally can complete an appraisal within a week to two weeks depending on the amount of jewelry being appraised.
We can usually replace watch batteries while you wait.
